September 19, 2008: Solitary Studios has been open 5 years today!!!!

September 2008: Long overdue: Resized every picture on the site. Now when a picture is clicked on it is a much better size to view. Enjoy!

September 2008: New touch up policy in place. We are now giving clients up to 6 months to come in for touch ups. If the touch up is booked after 6 months we consider it a redo and the cost will be based on the amount of work involved. If tattoos are neglected and begin to fade that is not considered a touch up. You cannot expect a tattoo to continue to look like new if you are not taking proper care of it.

September 2008: Another great summer! Thanks to all of our loyal and new customers for keeping it interesting and fun and we look forward to many more exciting summers.

June 13, 14, & 15 2008: NIX Tattoo Expo

For the third year we will be booth holders at the NIX Tattoo Expo. It’s the 10th anniversary for NIX so it will be the biggest and best show! The location has changed, this year it will be held at the Toronto Hilton 145 Richmond Street West.

Open to the public:

Saturday June 14   12:00pm - midnight

Sunday June 15     12:00pm - 7:00pm

Come visit us and artists from all over the world!!! We are booked for the weekend but there is so much to see we encourage you to experience it first hand.

October 2007: Added Tattoo aftercare. Please take the time to read through the in -depth aftercare that we have provided. Each client receives a written version of a less detailed aftercare, this page is for answering questions and explaining our reasoning behind what we suggest.

June 15, 16 & 17 2007: Ninth annual NIX tattoo Expo at the Holiday Inn on King St. W in Toronto. For the second year we will have a booth and we would love to see you there! Both artists are booked for the weekend but there is so much available to see we encourage you to go and stop by and visit with us. Check out www.tattoos.com for all the details.

April 6 & 7 2007: We will be working by appointment only. To set up an appointment please come in and see us as soon as you can. Have a safe and happy holiday!

March 2007: New booking policy. All appointments now require a minimum of a $40.00 deposit. This is not an extra charge, the deposit comes off the cost of the tattoo. We can book over the phone or internet however we will give you a deadline to drop the deposit off to lock in your appointment. If we fail to receive the deposit by the deadline the appointment is removed. Thanks!

December 2006: We will be closing at 3:00pm on Thursday December 21 and will remain closed until Tuesday January 2, 2007. We would like to thank all of our customers for a fantastic 2006 and we are looking forward to seeing what 2007 has in store! Have a safe and happy holiday!

July 25, 2006: Too many tattoo pictures to add! We have started fresh with the tattoo sections by removing all photos and starting from scratch. We are keeping less photos in the sections now to make it less overwhelming to view. Enjoy!
